Initiate Your Request
Log in to your TapNBuy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
